Rates

Web Design: Sites start at $150 for a 1 page brochure site, and go up to $350 for a 4-5 page site. Photo galleries, blogs, forums, and shopping cart systems are priced separately and vary based on complexity.

Web Site Updates: $25 per hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments. Unlimited Update package available $150 per year. This is for site updates only, it cannot be applied to extensive redesigns or page additions.

Web Site Hosting: $100 annually, billed Jan 1 - Dec 31.

Domain Registration: $15 per year, can register up to 10 years.

Photography: For existing clients only, expenses only.

Ad Design: Full page $350, half page $200, 1/4 page $150. Ads will be print ready upon completion.

Business Card Design: $50, ask about printing rates

Last Minute: All print ad requests submitted within 48 hours of deadline will be assessed a $75 emergency fee, and all info and materials must be turned in to me with a minimum of 6 hours to deadline. Payment will be required up front. A proof will be emailed to you, if I do not hear from you before deadline I will assume there are no further changes needed and will submit it to the magazine. No print ad request will be accepted with less than 6 hours to deadline.

Terms

Billing
• New Clients: Half up front, remaining balance due upon completion.
• Existing Clients: Balance due upon completion.
• Payments due upon receipt.
• Payments that are 30 days or more overdue will be assessed a $5 service charge.
• Web hosting accounts that are 30 days overdue will be suspended until payment is received.
• Any existing client who is 60 days overdue will be placed on Prepay Only status unless prior arrangements for late payment were made
• Any existing client who requests work to be done, and then disappears after I've already gotten half of it finished will be placed on Prepay from that point on.
